Diamonds will only be sold outside the USA with a irrevocable wire transfer and will be shipped US Mail Registered with an accurate customs description. Credit cards will not be accepted for Diamonds sold overseas due to the high amount of fraud. International customers call us at 001-405-495-6610. Due to the high value of items sold on this site, we have a special requirement for payments made by Credit Card. You must supply a facsimile image of both the front and back of the Credit Card you are using to make your purchase as well as a signature the same as that which appears on the card adjacent to the copy of the card. You must also put your order number on the copy. All the numbers both on the front and the back of the card must be clearly visible in the copy for an accurate verification. If we can not verify the numbers and signature, the order will not be shipped. In addition we have an ultra-secure identity check system which allows us to verify your identity with EquiFax credit Bureau, all you have to supply us with is the last 4 numbers of your SSN. If further checks are needed we will instruct you to a identity verification page. We regret these extra security measures but we hope you understand, we have had numerous attempts of fraudulant purchase from people who have stolen other individuals identity for the sole purpose of using your credit card information to obtain goods illegally. International Customers Shipping to an address outside the United States or Canada CAN NOT use the online order form or secure server technology, since we need to give you a quote for shipping/customs specific to the delivery country.
